تأسس مكتب الرازي للإستشارات الهندسية في عام 1991م بمبادرة من الدكتور محمد سالم العيسى، والذي لا يزال المكتب يقدم خبراته لأكثر من ثلاثين عاماً وذلك من خلال تعدد وتنوع خدماته الهندسية المتمثله في التصميم المعماري الهندسي، خدمات الإشراف الهندسي وإدارة المشاريع مع تميزنا بتقديم الحلول الفريدة والأفكار الإبداعية.
